Jorge Canellas
InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®
Certified Master Inspector Jorge Victor Canellas is the owner of JVC Home Inspections, a company he started in 2003. His passion for real estate began at a young age while working in construction. He continued pursuing his love for real estate by becoming an appraiser and a home inspector in 2003, followed by becoming a real estate sales associate in 2006.
Victor’s newest venture is investing and renovating properties in Central Florida. He is the creator and front runner of an elite team that provides comprehensive, unbiased, and reliable work. Victor’s charisma, hard work, and passion for his business have helped his reputation as a qualified appraiser, realtor, and home inspector. Victor has personally completed over 8,000 fee-paid inspections. He has been in business for more than 18 years and continues to submit to periodic background checks.
His knowledge, competence, and dedication have gained numerous satisfied clients. Victor continues to stay on top of his industry with excellent customer service and all the newest available tools and education in his field.

Armando Martinez
Licensed Home Inspector
Armando Martinez is a Civil Engineer, Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, and a Licensed Home Inspector. He spent several years as a Field and Design Engineer, participating in projects such as (Tren Urbano) subway systems in Puerto Rico and many roadway projects for the (FDOT). After which, Armando gravitated toward the private sector, including the design and development of residential master plans and commercial construction. This transition developed Armando’s interest in the residential Real Estate Market, for which he acquired his certification as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and his license as a Home Inspector in the State of Florida.
Armando’s education and experience have led him to not only owning and operating a successful Residential Appraisal Firm, but also holding several management positions for the Government and Private Sector financial institutions such as:
- Fannie Mae (Supervisor) for QC – Appraisal Review Department
- Wells Fargo (Team Lead) Appraisal Review Department
- Prosperity Bank (VP/Appraisal Manager) Residential Valuation Department
Armando’s engineering experience and knowledge of the building codes, construction, and development have led him to a successful Home Inspector career. Materials and deficiencies in the construction procedures of residential and commercial construction come as second nature to him. Armando holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.

Christian L. Bosch:
InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®
Christian L. Bosch started in the construction business in 1997 in Puerto Rico working as an assistant for an engineering firm. As an engineer assistant, he was involved in public elementary school projects, government road work, and government buildings. That is where his passion for construction started to grow. He moved to Florida to start investing in distressed homes and renovating them for resale. In 2005, he partnered up with a certified appraiser and started a home inspection business. After 15 years, he has completed over 8,500 paid home inspections and has earned the title of Master Home Inspector by NACHI.

Enmanual Camacho:
Licensed Home Inspector
Enmanuel Camacho is a licensed home inspector. Growing up as a kid, he watched his father invest in real estate and rehab homes. As he grew older, he started helping his father on jobsites. Once he had enough experience, Enmanuel started completing the rehab work on bathrooms and kitchens. He was responsible for meeting customer expectations on quality of work and date of completion.
He also worked with his brother for a few years installing doors and windows. While his dad was working on a jobsite, Enmanual’s path crossed with a client who was a Master Home Inspector. This inspired him to transition into a new portion of the building industry. After completing the coursework and passing the test, he began his career in home inspections.
