  • Aerial Drone Photography – Gives us the ability to fully inspect your roof, even if the roof isn’t safely accessible.
  • Moisture Meter – We root out sources of moisture accumulation with this tool, which also helps us find mold growth.
  • Spectoscope – With this telescoping pole camera, our inspectors can look at areas that would otherwise be out of reach.
  • Gas Leak Detector – We take your safety seriously. That’s why we always use a gas leak detector to look for any tiny gas leaks in the home.

Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

Show prospects that they can trust you by becoming fully informed with our Seller’s Inspection service! We will do the same walkthrough and report that accompanies a typical Buyer’s Home Inspection. The only difference is that it will give you an important leg-up on the other homes on the market. Learn everything that you should consider repairing or replacing, along with minor items that can simply be disclosed.

New Construction Inspection

Your newly built home should be in perfect condition. However, the odds are high that it is not. With this inspection service, you can find out if anything is amiss before you start moving your stuff in. If something needs to be fixed, you’ll be able to let the builder know immediately.

New Construction Phase Inspections

Instead of waiting until the end of construction to find out if there are any issues, we encourage you to sign up for New Construction Phase Inspections. We will visit the property multiple times throughout the construction process to look for any problems. We’ll let you know if we discover anything from a defect to building supplies that aren’t being properly protected by the contractor.

11-Month Builder’s Warranty

Have you been in a newly constructed home for almost a year? Don’t let your builder’s warranty run out before you find out if you have any applicable claims. Our inspection professionals will look at everything covered by your warranty and will alert you if there are any claims to make.

Home Maintenance Inspection

To keep your home in great shape, you need to get it inspected at least once a year by a qualified professional. During this Home Maintenance Inspections, you’ll find out about any minor repair issues. We’ll also let you know if any of your home’s systems are starting to erode to the point where they may need to be replaced soon.

4-Point Inspection

Insurance companies want to mitigate any unnecessary future claims. That’s why they typically require a 4-Point Inspection before extending a policy to an older home. This truncated home inspection includes only four critical systems:  the roof, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.

Re-Inspections

You filled out a home repair addendum and gave it to the seller. Now, the seller says that everything has been taken care of. Before you move forward with closing the deal, take the time to protect yourself with a Re-Inspection. We’ll confirm whether or not everything was properly repaired.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

If you want to potentially save money on your home insurance policy, it’s in your best interest to get a Wind Mitigation Inspection. This service is designed to look at any structural or other property components and their ability to withstand hurricane winds. We can also offer some suggestions for how to improve the wind mitigation strategies at your new home.

Radon Testing

Radon is an odorless, invisible, tasteless substance that can affect any home. Unfortunately, it’s also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., making it something that every homebuyer and homeowner needs to be aware of. Therefore, we offer Radon Testing to help give you peace of mind.

WDO / Termite Inspection

Termites (AKA wood-destroying organisms) are responsible for causing at least $5 billion in annual U.S. property damages. These destructive pests can also hide their presence until serious damage has already been done. To avoid dealing with this problem, be sure to schedule a Termite Inspection.

Water Testing

If there’s well water on your new property, you’ll definitely want to get it checked out before you start drinking it. Although well water can be a great resource, it can also become contaminated much more easily than you might expect. We take a water sample and have it professionally lab tested for bacteria, pathogens, and other potential health issues.

Air Quality

Indoor air quality testing will help determine if the living environment is healthy for you and your family. We’re able to find out if the air quality is being eroded by issues ranging from pet dander to chemical pollutants. If the air quality is poor, we can also help advise you about steps you can take to improve the situation.

Mold Testing

Mold is a major allergen that affects many people. Aside from which, it also has the potential to cause extensive damage to your home. With this in mind, we advise that everyone add-on a Mold Test to their Buyer’s Home Inspection service. We will take samples and have them professionally tested for the presence of any mold in your house.

Commercial Buildings / Property Inspections

We’re proud to help business owners throughout Central Florida with their building inspection needs. Our team is able to handle a wide array of Property Inspection services, including:

  • Light Commercial Property Inspections – Storefronts, strip malls, etc.

Public Adjuster

Are you having difficulty getting your insurance company to honor a claim? With an experienced Public Adjuster on staff, we can help! We’ll negotiate directly with your insurer on your behalf and can also provide appraisals.

Residential and Commercial Appraisals

An appraisal is the most reliable way to find out the value of a property. Whether you’re buying or selling, it’s always wise to get a professional appraisal. This will help you avoid overpaying or underpricing your own real estate sale.
